By accessing or using the Health Purely website or member portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and anyone who accesses or uses our services. Health Purely, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Health Purely provides personalized wellness education, functional lab analysis guidance, and ongoing support through a member portal. Our services include health intake processing, personalized protocol creation, supplement and nutrition guidance, educational content, and community resources.

All protocols are reviewed by Kathy Krase, ND before delivery. Health Purely is a wellness education and guidance service. We are not a licensed medical practice, and our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information provided through Health Purely is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Health Purely services. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older.

Due to state-level regulations on functional lab ordering and wellness consultations, Health Purely is currently unable to provide membership services to residents of New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. We are actively working to expand access to these states.

By signing up, you represent that you are not a resident of a state where our services are restricted.

To access the member portal, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. Notify us immediately at healthpurely2026@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Membership fees are charged according to the plan you select at signup. One-time fees (such as the Foundation Assessment) are charged at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Health Purely to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. We will notify active members of any price changes before they take effect.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at healthpurely2026@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access through that date.

One-time purchases such as the Foundation Assessment are non-refundable once your protocol has been delivered. If you have concerns about your protocol, please contact us and we will work to address them.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, in which case no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

You agree to use Health Purely services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to violate any applicable laws, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the member portal using your account. Membership is for individual use only.

The wellness protocols, supplement recommendations, nutritional guidance, and educational content provided by Health Purely are based on functional lab analysis and are intended to support your overall wellness. They are not medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatments.

Health Purely, LLC and Kathy Krase, ND are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from following protocol recommendations without consulting a qualified physician, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications.

Results vary. Individual outcomes depend on many factors including adherence to the protocol, underlying health conditions, and lifestyle factors. The member testimonials and case studies on our site represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

All content on the Health Purely website and member portal — including educational modules, video lessons, written protocols, graphics, and branding — is owned by Health Purely, LLC and protected by copyright law.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own wellness purposes. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Purely, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Health Purely in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health Purely, LLC, Kathy Krase, ND, and their agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and performed therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
