We started with an HTMA to see what was actually going on at the mineral level. His sodium and potassium were in the basement, a classic slow oxidizer pattern. Marsha didn't come to me about her skin. She came in for bloating, brain fog, and that "puffy" feeling she couldn't shake. She thought it was just aging.

Claudia is a great example of why the scale doesn't tell the whole story. Five pounds. That's it. But look at the difference in her profile. The bloating around her midsection is gone, her posture shifted, and the inflammation she was carrying just released.

When she first came in, her main complaints were fatigue and this stubborn belly bloat that wouldn't go away no matter how clean she ate. Her HTMA told me a lot. Her calcium was sky high relative to her magnesium, which is a pattern I see all the time in women who are stressed and running on cortisol. Her body was basically calcifying under pressure. We also saw some copper accumulation that was dragging her energy down.
