We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, complete a health intake form, submit lab results, communicate with us, or make a purchase. This includes your name, email address, billing information, and health and wellness data you choose to share.

We also collect certain information automatically when you use our site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and general usage patterns. This helps us maintain and improve the service.

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data beyond the health and wellness information you voluntarily provide as part of the membership intake process.

We use your information to deliver the services you signed up for: creating and updating your personalized wellness protocol, processing payments, sending you updates and educational content, and communicating with you about your membership.

We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our service and educational content. This data cannot be traced back to any individual member.

We do not use your personal health data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate the platform — including our database and infrastructure provider (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), and email service. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Health Purely, our members, or others.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

The intake responses, lab results, and protocol information you share with us are used solely to create and refine your personalized wellness plan. This information is stored securely and is accessed only by Kathy Krase, ND and the technical systems supporting the platform.

Health Purely is not a HIPAA-covered entity. The services we provide are wellness education and personalized protocol guidance, not medical treatment. Please review our full disclaimer in the Terms of Service.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to make the platform function correctly. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the member portal.

We retain your account information and health data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personally identifiable information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
